Easter Visit

We've been so pleased to have Meemaw and Peepaw here visiting over Spring Break.  Highlights of the visit have included

• a trip to Lowe's (where Will could have spent an entire afternoon - an aisle with vacuums on one side and cabinets on the other = heaven to him)
• looking through an Easter basket from Meemaw and Peepaw - thank you for all the goodies!!

• "Jumping Jesus" (see picture below - puts a whole new meaning to the hymn "Up From the Grave He Arose")  

• counting Easter eggs spilling Easter eggs all over the floor
• ice cream treats
• coloring with Meemaw and Peepaw

• reading books (including the adults; Meemaw read The Hunger Games in two days!)

• fried bologna sandwiches
• riding in "Peepaw's van"
• building REALLY TALL cell phone towers!

• playing Flux and Phase 10
• singing with Meemaw and Peepaw - especially in the pantry hallway.  Look for Peepaw's "We love Mac and Cheese" on the Top 40 soon!
• the traditional extended family dinner at Don Pepe
